Colette Willard (b. 1992) is a self-taught painter based in Chicago. Influenced by cinema and ballet theater, she has developed a painting style that plays to the back of the room. Through narrative and still life oil paintings, Colette seeks to explore the spaces between intimacy and isolation. She holds a masters in divinity from the University of Chicago.
